Lime class went to the zoo to see the animals because in science we are learning about animals and humans. We were finding out if the animals came from hot or cold countries, what their habitat would be if they were in the wild and what they eat. We loved being in the sea lion tunnel and watching them swim over our heads. We found out that the iguanas and turtles come from a hot country because their enclosure was very warm. “The iguana was sleeping on the heater,” said one reception child.
